Jay A. Johnson, MD, FACC is a board-certified cardiologist and Attending Staff at Stanford University Medical Center. He completed his Cardiology Fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Johnson did his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco after graduating from George Washington University School of Medicine. He is a recipient of the Allie Freed Award for Excellence in Preventive Cardiology.

Craig Rose, DDS is a University of Southern California graduate. He operates a practice in Las Vegas, Nevada.

David K. McCulloch, MD is a graduate and fellow of the United Kingdom’s Royal College of Physicians. Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. McCulloch practices with the Group Health Cooperative of Puget Sound; He is a recipient of numerous awards and honors in the field; “Seattle Magazine” voted McCulloch one of Seattle’s best doctors. Arthur A. Fusco, MD, FACS graduated from The George Washington School of Medicine, Washington D.C. Staten Island University Hospital was the site of his internship.
