Annette Kinsman
VP, Customer Experience

As Vice President of Customer Experience, Annette is responsible for leading WorldDoc’s Account Executives in the implementation of account management strategies that optimize client experience and maximize customer satisfaction. Annette not only develops strategic plans to support client’s goals and objectives, she also partakes in business development and account management.

Prior to joining WorldDoc, Annette held the position of Director of Marketing, Public Relations and Physician Services at Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center. She also worked at the Lake Mead Hospital Medical Center where she held a title of Director of Business Development. In these roles she wrote annual marketing plans for the hospital, developed marketing campaigns, recruited physicians and coordinated many community events, including blood drives and health fares, just to name a few. The extensive leadership, organizational and business development skills that Annette brought to WorldDoc is unmatched.

Mrs. Kinsman, a Graduate of Leadership Las Vegas, Class 2002, has and continues to serve her community. She was the President of the Clark County Medical Alliance for several years, served as the Advisory Member for Nevada Rural Health Centers, and was an active member of the United Blood Services Community Council. Annette holds a M.B.A. in Business Administration, with emphasis in Accounting and MIS from Columbus College, Georgia.
