Benedict (Ben) Say
VP, Chief Information Officer

As Vice President and Chief Information Officer for WorldDoc, Ben leads the technology department in building high quality applications with the goal of improving health and reducing healthcare costs. Ben is responsible for developing a cohesive team, executing the WorldDoc product roadmap, and ensuring a scalable technical platform. Ben comes to WorldDoc with a track record of implementing and integrating process, technologies and talent for large-scale and “next generation” business initiatives.

Prior to joining WorldDoc, Ben served as CIO/CTO of N2Sleep in California, applying contemporary processes with a progressive development platform that enabled this privately held sleep practice organization to scale and communicate large streams of data effectively. From 2001 to 2006, Ben was the Executive Director for the Web Development Group at Kaiser Permanente. His team of 150 engineers had responsibility for developing and managing the member portal. During his tenure the team developed member-physician messaging, member scheduling of appointments and the integration between Kaiser’s EMR and the member portal. Prior to Kaiser, Ben was the Chief Architect at Optimus Consulting, leading the Internet home banking integration between Bank of America and NationsBank.

Ben holds an M.B.A in Systems Analysis from the University of Texas and a B.S. in Business Information Systems from California State University, Los Angeles. Ben is certified as a Six Sigma Greenbelt.
