Kristina (Kris) Larsen
SVP, Customer Experience
As Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, Kris is responsible for leading WorldDoc’s Customer Experience Team in the implementation of strategies that optimize client satisfaction and experience and maximize results. Kris works with the team to develop strategic plans and programs that will result in measurable ROI for the client. Kris is also active in the business development and product development areas and provides clinical input to the team.
Prior to joining WorldDoc, Kris held two Senior Vice President roles at Alere (formerly Matria Healthcare, Inc.), Client and Alliance Management and Strategic Informatics Sales. Kris’s responsibilities included developing and managing over 250 external clients and alliances as well as leading the strategic informatics efforts across all channels. Prior to that Kris was at two large human resources consulting firms, Mercer and Aon Corporation, as a senior principal. In addition, Kris has overall extensive experience (20+ years) in the healthcare industry in the areas of consulting, business development, sales and client relationship management with a tremendous track record of success leading diverse projects and teams.
Kris holds a degree in nursing from Jackson Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Miami, Florida. She is a Diplomat, American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review.
