Job Description:
A national leader in consumer care management systems is offering the right individual an opportunity to work on challenging, cutting-edge projects in the healthcare field. Clinical background required.  Experience in MS Office and data input is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling complex clients needs to increase utilization and drive health behavior change within an organization
  • Up selling additional products to existing customers and creating enhanced value within client organizations
  • Ability to communicate clients from the “C” level to the employee level
  • Identify and communicate client goals and objectives
  • Performing trend analysis and documenting results
  • Completing and delivering renewals, including rates, correspondence and contract amendments
  • Resolving operational issues and communicating resolutions back to clients
  • Coordinating and conducting quarterly meetings with clients
  • Develop client marketing plans to meet specific adoption and utilization targets
  • Mobilize headquarter resources to respond to client needs
  • Analyze and demonstrate return on investment reports and identify opportunities for increased savings using Rx and Claims data
  • Manage and provide oversight and guidance to a team to accelerate utilization and adoption
  • Resolving customer issues and communicating with clients through phone and e-mail, and in person
  • Creating timelines and employee communications
  • Documenting all client contacts in SalesForce

Individual must be:

  • Motivate clients at multiple levels of an organization to accelerate employee encounters
  • A "quick study," willing to take on challenges and provide high levels of customer services
  • Able to multi-task on several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to show and explain to clients return on investment
  • Enjoy dealing with competing priorities on a regular basis and be deadline-oriented

Requirements: 
Dedicated customer service and/or sales experience required, as well as experience with an assigned book of business. Clinical experience required

  • 3-5 years in healthcare or insurance industry
  • Strong organizational, communication, customer service, problem solving skills and follow-up skills
  • Word processing and spreadsheet skills
  • Clinical background and experience
  • An understanding of medical and insurance benefits 
  • Industry experience working with health plans and large clients
  • Ability to work remotely using home office and mobile technologies
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods
