WorldDoc, Inc. Expands Consumer Care Management Services Through Partnership with Wellcoaches Corporation

Partnership integrates best-in-class coaching with best-in-class online consumer care management system

Las Vegas, NV May 28, 2008 --WorldDoc, Inc. and Wellcoaches Corporation announced today a partnership to provide the services of certified wellness coaches to eligible WorldDoc users. WorldDoc is a leading national provider of consumer care management systems to health plans, third party administrators, and employers. WorldDoc’s product suite empowers individuals to make better healthcare decisions leading to improved health and decreased health care costs.

“The addition of a relationship-based and proactive approach to wellness will help our members make lasting behavioral changes that will improve their overall health,” said Rahul Singal, MD, WorldDoc president and CEO. “Wellcoaches is the market leader, as evidenced by their seminal patent for web-enabled coaching for health and well-being that was issued last week. We will be the first to offer the Wellcoaches patented coaching process integrated with online care management.”

WorldDoc will integrate Wellcoaches coaching tools on the WorldDoc Tx platform, which will allow care managers and coaches to work together and view the same member data. In addition, upgrades will be made to standardize education, track outcomes and evaluate programs.

Today the WorldDoc Tx care gap management solution is used by nurses, pharmacists and physician groups to help them manage member populations. It is integrated with the WorldDoc 24/7 personal health management system. The care facilitators are able to identify, document, communicate and follow up with at-risk patients much more efficiently than through traditional care management charting systems.

Wellcoaches’ coaches will first use WorldDoc’s Tx care facilitator portal to evaluate a member’s needs and then use the integrated coaching platform designed by Wellcoaches to help coaching clients improve wellness. Higher risk individuals are identified with WorldDoc’s Health Risk Assessment (HRA) and can be offered coaching in areas such as; stress management, weight management, inactivity, depression, relationship issues or substance abuse issues. Coaches will engage and guide coaching clients during telephone coaching sessions to develop a vision, set goals and get support to reach their goals, supported by private and efficient online tools and secure messaging.

“The skills of the Wellcoaches team of certified wellness coaches combined with WorldDoc’s integrated consumer care management system will truly empower people to take charge and work towards mastering health and well-being,” said Margaret Moore, CEO of Wellcoaches Corporation. Wellcoaches provides the services of certified wellness coaches and executive wellness coaches qualified to coach on fitness, nutrition, weight management, stress management, health, energy, life satisfaction and other issues that affect wellness, including the mindset to sustain wellness.
